Yellow beans with caramelized onion and almonds

  • 1 package of Yupik yellow beans
  • ½ cup of sliced almond
  • 3 spoons of butter
  • 5 spoons of oil
  • 2 large onions, sliced
  • 2 spoons of sliced fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt, pepper and brown sugar
In a deeper pan put some oil and butter and add onion. After 10 minutes of frying add a small spoon of salt and a small spoon of brown sugar. Fry for another 10 to 15 minutes. Finally add thyme. While the onion is being caramelized prepare almond and yellow beans. Slice almonds and fry them until they turn dark yellow. In boiling water pour a package of Yupik yellow beans, add some salt and cook for 10 minutes, until the beans are still hard. Strain the yellow beans and pour cold water over it in order to keep the same color. When the onion is done add yellow beans and almonds, stir a little longer until it all blends together. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Lean yellow beans

  • 1 package of Yupik yellow or green beans
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 smaller onion
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 large tomato or 100gr pelat tomato
  • 3 spoons of oil, salt, pepper, Vegeta
Cook chopped onion until it becomes glass like, and then add sliced carrot. Cook for a couple of minutes and add Yupik green or yellow beans, tomato (or pelati) and some water. Cook for 15min. while adding water constantly. Put in the baking dish and bake it in a preheated oven.

Vegetable cream soup

  • 1 package of Yupik Soup Mix
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 hot pepper
  • 1 spoon of oil
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Vegeta
  • 100ml cooking cream
In a deeper pot pour in some oil and Yupik Soup Mix and fry for a few minutes, add onion and pepper. Pour in some water so that the vegetables are dipped in it, add salt, pepper. Let it boil, lower the temperature, put a lid over the pot and cook for 15 to 20min. Blend the boiled vegetables with the liquid, put it back on the stove until it boils again. Mix in some cooking cream and stir well, let the cream warm up with the rest of the soup. Put some chopped parsley and croutons in the soup.

Broccoli with garlic

  • 1 package of Yupik broccoli
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 50ml of oil
  • 1 small spoon of ginger powder
  • 2 small spoons of dry bread crumbs
  • 2 small spoons of sesame or sunflower seeds
  • Salt and spices to taste
Put frozen broccoli in water and blanch in boiled salted water, in which you have added 2 spoons of oil, and then strain. In a deep pan warm up oil, add boiled broccoli and put sunflower seeds and fry shortly. Mix in dry bread crumbs and ginger. Shake the pan a little, fry shortly and mix in chopped garlic.

Chinese Spaghetti

  • 200gr spaghetti
  • 1 package of Yupik Chinese Mix
  • Garlic
  • 100ml of oil
  • 100ml soya sauce
  • 1 small spoon of ginger and a small spoon of Vegeta
Cook spaghetti (do not overcook) in water, strain and leave on a warm place. In a preheated oil in a deep pan or wok fry onion and add Yupik Chinese Mix. Fry for a few minutes with constant stirring. Add ginger, soya sauce and Vegeta, stir and fry for a minute.

Warm up olive oil, and then fry both kinds of onion and chopped vegetables. Cook chicken leg separately. Add water and soup that the meat was boiling in, and when it boils, add pasta and meat. Beans with turkey

Cook meat in some water or oil and water (if the baby is older than 9 months). Cook Yupik beans separately, carrots and add some potato cubes. When the vegetable and the meat is cooked, put it in a blender, mix and the meal is prepared.

Spinach with chicken

  • 1 package of Yupik spinach cubes
  • Chicken breasts
  • Sour cream
Cook chicken breast. Melt Yupik spinach cubes and cook for 10 to 15 minutes in a small amount of water or cook on butter. Mix it with meat, let it cool down add sour cream and mix again.

Zucchini and carrot

  • Zucchini
  • Carrot
Slice zucchini and carrot on cubes and cook in some water. After 15 minutes strain water. Mix it in a blender with the rest of the water.

Russian salad

  • 1 package of Yupik Russian salad mix
  • 200gr ham
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 sour pickles
  • 2 spoons of sour cream
  • 250gr mayonnaise
  • 100gr boiled chicken breast
  • 1 small spoon of mustard
  • A little bit of lemon juice
  • Salt, pepper
Cook Yupik vegetables according to the instructions. Slice on cubes hard boiled eggs. Chop pickles, ham and boiled chicken breast. Mix all the ingredients and add mayonnaise, mustard and some lemon juice. Stir well. If it appears too thick add 2 spoons of sour cream. Add salt and pepper. Leave it in the fridge to cool down.

Pork with vegetables

  • 600gr of pork
  • 1 package of Yupik Stew mix
  • Salt, pepper, spices, oil, sesame
Slice meat on small pieces and bake on each side. Add a Yupik stew mix and fry. Add spices to taste and some water and a glass of white wine. In a separate pan fry sesame and add to the pork.

Grilovani losos sa spanaćem

  • 600gr lososa

Filete lososa stavite u odgovarajuću činiju. Preko njih sipajte sveže isceđen sok od jednog limuna, mešavinu začina: mirođija, peršun, bosiljak. Prelijte sve sa malo maslinovog ulja i ostavite pokriveno da odstoji sat vremena uz povremeno okretanje da riba dobro upije sve mirise. Tiganj dobro zagrejte, stavljajte meso da se peče na srednje jakoj vatri. Peći po 4 -5 minuta sa svake strane, prvo strana gde je koža. Tek tada posolite ribu. Otopljeni spanać dinstati na puteru. Po ukusu dodati so i beli luk. Preko lososa sipati spanać.

Chicken fillet filled with spinach

  • 1 package of Yupik spinach cube
  • 150gr feta cheese
  • 4 slices of chicken breasts
  • 2 onions
  • 1 garlic
  • Oil, salt, spices
Put oil in a pan and cook garlic, about 2 minutes, add onion and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add spinach and cook for a few minutes. Leave it to cool down. Put feta cheese in a bowl and mix in cooled spinach, garlic and onion. Add salt and pepper. Using a sharp knife slice chicken breast in half, but not completely. Leave either a pocket or a make it as an open book. Fill each pocket with spinach and feta. Add salt and pepper and close the filets with a toothpick. Put some oil on every piece and bake on 180C for about 25 minutes until the chicken is well baked.

Broccoli cream soup

  • A package of frozen Yupik broccoli
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • Oil
  • Water
  • Spices
  • Salt
  • Onion
  • Parsley
  • 1 spoon of flour
Cook chopped onion with some oil and water, add chopped garlic and carrot. After a few minutes add frozen broccoli. Let it cook until it is soft, for about 12 minutes, add some salt and spices. Strain broccoli, and chop it in a blender. Put some oil and a spoon of flour in the pot, add the water that the vegetables were cooked in and add chopped broccoli. Some water or soup can be added to get a nice cream soup. Add parsley, pepper and sour cream to taste.

Cauliflower with cheese

  • 1 package of frozen Yupik cauliflower
  • String of greens
  • 2 eggs
  • 150gr cheese
  • 100gr sour cream
  • Some milk
  • 2 spoons of butter
Cook sliced greens for a few minutes. Add cauliflower and cook for 5 minutes. Put cooked cauliflower in a greased baking dish. In a separate bowl stir eggs, cheese, sour cream, milk and melted butter and pour over the cauliflower and bake in the oven on 220C (until the golden crust forms).

Corn Salad

  • 1 package of Yupik frozen sweet corn
  • 200gr ham
  • 200gr Trappist cheese
  • 200gr sour pickles
  • One slice of chicken breasts
  • Mayonnaise, sour cream
  • Spoon of mustard
  • Salt, pepper
Cook corn according to the directions on the bag. Chop ham, Trappist cheese, pickles and boiled chicken breast and mix in with cold corn. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and a spoon of mustard, add spice according to taste and pour over the mix. Serve cold.

Broccoli Pie

  • 125gr melted butter
  • 100gr chopped onion
  • 1 package of frozen Yupik broccoli
  • 4 eggs
  • 200gr Trappist cheese
  • 250gr white flour and corn flour in combination 1/3 with some baking soda

Put broccoli in boiling water and cook for 3 minutes and then dry. Preheat an oven to 250C. Put butter, onion, broccoli, eggs and cheese and stir well. Add flour mix and stir again. Put in a baking dish size 23x32cm and bake for 25 to 30 minutes on 200C.
